Program Description:

The Leadership Certificate at Goldey-Beacom College is designed to help professionals develop a set of skills that they can immediately apply as a leader.

Admission Requirements:

Students must have already completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, and submit additional documents to fulfill the graduate admissions requirements.

Conferral Requirements:

To earn conferral of the Leadership Certificate, students must earn a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA and satisfy all course requirements.

HRM 650 - Strategic Human Resource Management (3 Credits)
MGT 611 - Organizational Development and Change (3 Credits)
MGT 667 - Leadership (3 Credits)
